Ms. Sharon at check in was truly amazing. She helped us get checked into our rooms fast and easy. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. This was our first time staying here and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for your hospitality and help Ms. Sharon .
Affordable in price. Location is out of the way and the parking is free. The room was clean kept and smelled nice. The staff were both friendly and kind. Appreciate the hospitality, being out of state can be nerve wracking and kind of scary. Having a safe, clean place to sleep is so important - Thanks - keep up the great work. - Natasha.
Exceptional service, I feel like I have a new friend at the front desk! The room was clean and I slept a solid, refreshing 8 1/2 hours, which was much-needed after flying cross country, and which is saying a lot about the comfy bed because I’m not the best sleeper before a performance. The property overall is showing its age, but the location is exactly where I needed to be. Note that these are exterior rooms if that’s an issue for you. I’ll come back if I have future performances in the area.
quiet and clean staff was super helpful letting me park my uhaul with the keys locked inside parked in an awkward spot rt in front until the locksmith came assuring me it would be watched until then
Had they swept the dead bugs I would say that I would stay here again IF they fix ALL fees the hide taking stuff on after your stay and then they say wrong card. We felt safe and they didn’t have towels, but lady at front desk helped by giving a bunch of handtowels to shower with. I know a hotel with no towels! I think the friendiy workers and quiet place is the reason I liked it and close to everything
I loved the service julia, the front desk lady provided i come here often and this was my first encounter with her. She officially became my all time favorite 10/10 highly recommend this location just for her.
I spent a good deal of April 2025 in 2 separate rooms here. Especially considering the very reasonable rates the king bedroom was very nice. Very comfortable bedding. Good tv channel selections and clean bathroom. The service is unbelievable. Kendra, the general manager, is a kind hearted and caring woman. She really went above and beyond taking care of me. If you are respectful and kind to her she will take care of you. I had to leave to go to the hospital. I left all of my personal belongings in the room. I came back and they had EVERYTHING I left locked up in storage for me. My wallet with several hundred dollars in cash, my clothes and bags, everything. I had to leave again several days later for the hospital again (I left too early before). Again I left all my belongings and again I came back and it was all secure waiting for me. Again she offered me a room to stay. Very sweet person. Just worried about my well-being and very empathetic to someone going through a rough patch in their life. Ruthie was very kind as well. Great place to stay. Strongly recommend. No need to waste money on a high end hotel. Rooms are nice enough to compete with them here.
Great place to rest your head for the night, especially if you're wanting to visit MGM/National Harbor - location can't be beat. Clean room. Shout out to the front desk associate Sharon for helping me with a need that the room I had reserved didn't have. She found a way to make my room have exactly what I needed. Thank you, Sharon!
